Programme Structure

Year 1 — Foundations

Core education theory, introduction to specialisation, communication skills, ICT for teachers, Rwandan history and values, and first teaching observation visits to partner schools.

Year 2 — Specialisation

Deep study of specialisation content and pedagogy, curriculum design, classroom management, research methods, and a 6-week supervised teaching practice placement.

3

Year 3 — Mastery

Advanced specialisation, dissertation research, extended 12-week teaching practice, professional ethics, career readiness, and alumni community engagement.
